Born and raised in Puerto Rico to a lineage of indigenous (Taino) medicine women, Sheyla is a formidable healer. After retiring from classical ballet and Broadway, she has dedicated her life to healing through dance, movement, and fitness. Sheyla combines her education in entheogenic facilitation, plant medicine, and trauma healing with her experiences as a survivor of sexual abuse and domestic violence to help others heal.
